  • Favorite Genres: Christian Non Fiction. (Formerly a military thriller nut. Loved Vince Flynn, and Brad Thor. Lee Child was my hero!)

Food

  • Favorite Cuisine: I am hopelessly addicted to Checker's. Italian is my favorite for a service meal. I am beginning to like Indian dishes as well. And by the way, crab cakes are highly over rated.
  • Favorite Dishes: Any that spin good when thrown ( target practice )
  • Favorite Desserts: Yes please!
  • Favorite Drinks: Water, actually. Sweet Tea too..
  • Favorite Junk Foods: Now, hold on. Is it really fair to call them junk foods? Don't they have feelings too?
  • Best meal ever: Communion
  • My Original Recipes: One part Spam, one part cheese, another part cheese, and perhaps some bread.
  • Favorite Restaurants: Carabba's when I can justify the expense.
  • Foods I hate: Tofu! Flaxseed products! Anything that should be made with beef but turkey is substituted.
