Interests: Singing - especially opera in restrooms with good acoustics, singing around the house, singing in choirs (I miss you Chorale); "composing" silly songs that often include Joel's name; journaling; reading a good book; studying the Bible; finding out how people are really doing; having people over for tea; talking with friends; talking with strangers; talking to myself; playing guitar, esp. with other instruments; classic movies; musicals; going to the theatre; acting; lighting candles; goldfish crackers (I have a serious addiction, but please buy me some because Joel says they're too expensive); creating peoples' voice mails for them; making collages; reminiscing about Israel; making soup; being home on a rainy day, listening to jazz music, sipping hot cocoa or tea; being with my dear church family at home; getting to know my dear husband better; growing in grace.
