- Favorite Cuisine: generally Mexican, but like Italian and American, esp southern style too.
- Favorite Dishes: Too many to choose... but the alligator and shark are my fav memorable ones

- Favorite Junk Foods: peanut butter cup minis & skittles
- Best meal ever: I love mashed potatoes and vegtables! Then add steak or fish to anything, I almost can't say no.

- Places to see before I die: Ireland, Jeruslahem, Egypt, Greece, Italy, Iceland, Spain
- Dream Vacation: Start in Hawaii, then set out in a yaht to "sail" around the world, for as long as I'd like, with unlimited funds.
