  • Interests: My interests include travel, journalism, photography, billards, anime, writing, drawing, cooking, and music. I have been playing the violin for 18 years with no plans of stopping, experimenting with classical, jazz, and bluegrass forms.

I have worked as a high school English teacher in Japan, as well as a reporter/freelance journalist for several publications in Georgia, Ohio, South Africa, Germany, and Japan. I've spent a significant amount of time in Central and Eastern Europe studying the violin. My language skills include conversational Japanese, German, and tourist profiency French, Xhosa and Afrikaans. I currently work as a a political reporter for the Clayton News-Daily in Jonesboro, GA, 20 minutes south of Atlanta (www.news-daily.com).
