- About Me: When I was in high school I dreamed of going to Germany, little did I know that I would live here one day. I miss the States but I'm not crazy enough to not realize how lucky I am to be where I am.

- Places I've been: Canada, Mexico, Spain, Germany, Czech, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Austria, Switzerland and Ireland. And about 33 United States.
- Places to see before I die: Poland, Russia, Hungary, Finland, more of every place listed above. Greece, Morrocco, Belgium, England, Australia, Scotland, Alaska, Hawaii. Actually, I think it would be easier to list the places I don't want to see before I die. Because that list would be blank.
- Dream Vacation: Every vacation is a dream come true.

- Favorite Cuisine: Italian/Mexican
- Favorite Dishes: Lasagna/Enchiladas
- Favorite Desserts: Hot apple pie with really good vanilla ice cream.
- Favorite Drinks: A terrific red wine is hard to beat.
- Favorite Junk Foods: The one I'm eating, whatever it might be.
- Best meal ever: Oh man, i'm going to have to think on this one. I have had some fantastic food over the years.
- Foods I hate: Organ meats, like lungs, brains, stomach, tongue, can you say yuck!
