  • My Original Recipes: Stir-fry chopped green tomato, bamboo shoots, and slices of giner in an orangey sauce. There is something you can do with them besides frying them! Rice Pudding--1/3 c. rice, 1/3 c. oatmeal. Simmer in 3 cups of milk for 40 minutes. Add 1/3 c. sugar, 1 t. vanilla, 1/2 t. cinnamon. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
