- Best meal ever: My hubby grilled cheeseburgers, corn on the cob, and made mac-n-cheese! It was SOOOOO good!
- My Original Recipes: Sweet Potatoe Casserole: Drain 3 cans of sweet potatoes. Crush them in a large bowl. Add one stick of butter. Add 3 cups of brown sugar and mix well. Spray the bottom of a large casserole pan with non-stick baking spray (I use a glass casserole dish, so the bake-time may be different if you use a metal pan). Scoop the potatoe mixture into the pan and smooth it out. Then sprinkle another scoop of brown sugar on top and sprinkle on cinnamon sugar to your liking. Bake in the oven at 350* for about 25 minutes. It's delicious! If you want to add to it, you can always sprinkle pecans or marshmallows on top! ENJOY:0)
