About Me: I am a freelance photojournalist is the Detroit area. I have a BFA in Photography from the College of Creative Studies. I have been in photojournalism since 1987. I worked at a large daily newspaper (The Record) outside NYC for 4 years. I have freelanced for The NY Times, Newsday, The NY Post, The NY Daily News, The Star Ledger, The AP, The Boston Globe, The Baltimore Sun, The Chicago Sun Times and Tribune, The Cleveland Plain Dealer, The Los Angeles Times, The Philidelphia Inquirer, Women's World, USA Today, The Las Vegas Review Journal. I was a regional editor at the AP in NYC. I currently freelance for The Detroit Free Press, The Oakland Business Review, Third Street Publications, Scholastic Magazine. I also shoot weddings. I have had some wonderful opportunities to photograph pro sporting events, The Tony Awards, Shirley Maclaine, Paul Macartney, Fashion Week, Cher, Billy Joel, Phil Collins and several other celebrities, authors, musicians and playwrites.
