  • My Original Recipes: Chicken manicotti,Vegetable soup with iron skillet cornbread...fresh caught fish,cleaned and fillet,lightly grilled over a warm fire with newspaper shrimp,fresh squeezed lemon and garlic sauce,buttered corn on the cob...new potatoes and fresh greens....yeah, we like to think we can cook down south!
