    @the_loveliest_tragedy - I downloaded mine using limewire but I'm sure that you can use other torrent sites too. Type in paint shop/ paint shop pro and you will get a list but becareful for fakes that carry viruses!

    @the_loveliest_tragedy - Hi there! Well I make my icons using paint shop pro. Latest versions will cost you but earlier versions are available for free. Other than that it just costs you effort and time, no money.
