About Me

  • About Me: My greatest joy is growing in my walk with the Lord. I am committed to walk alongside people God brings across my path and help equip others to do the same in the areas of spiritual and emotional support. A tool to help accomplish this desire is my ministry called WalkAlongside Ministries with an unfolding web site at www.walkalongside.org. In addition I volunteer at www.Network211.com, an online evangelism and discipleship ministry which is a part of Assemblies of God World Missions. My hobbies include exploring my family history, digital photography with traditional and digital scrapbooking, crocheting, reading and listening to inspirational music. My husband, Glen, and I love exploring Oregon since we moved here from Denver in 1998. We enjoy traveling to spend time with family and have had special trips to Hawaii and Norway.

More About Me

  • Interests: People, places, and especially flowers! Norway!! Walking alongside people to see them become all God has for them to become. Reading, listening to Christian music, family history (that's how our2006 trip to Norway came about), digital photograhy, scrapbooking, member of Red Hat society, spending time with my husband, Glen, exploring Oregon and watching science fiction stuff with him, and connecting with other Chi Alpha (the Assemblies of God college campus ministry) alumni and activity of current chapters. Glen and I were involved in founding/developing young chapters in Grand Forks, ND and Milwaukee, WI. We met at a Chi Alpha retreat near St Paul, MN in the dead of winter. Our theme became "Nothing is Impossible with God"!! since we lived in North Dakota and Illinois. God orchestrated our both moving to CO and the rest is history. We have 2 sons, Andy and Peter, and our daughter-in-love, Rachel, Peter's wife. Glen and I recently celebrated 35 years of marriage.
